ADOS-2 Autism Diagnostic Training Online

What is the ADOS-2? The Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule, 2nd Edition (ADOS-2) is a semi-structured, standardised assessment for autism, seen as the gold-standard for observational assessment. This test is typically used as part of the Assessment of Need (AON).
Who can use the ADOS-2?
The ADOS-2 is a level C test which means that the qualifications for test use are broad. This course is open to psychologists and psychiatrists and other professionals working in autism with a background in diagnostic evaluation of neurodevelopmental disorders. A  background in diagnostic evaluation of neurodevelopmental disorders generally, as well as an understanding of autism spectrum disorders (ASD) specifically, would be an advantage.
The trainers ICEP Europe will be facilitating a two-day training course delivered by Dr Tiago Pinto. Dr Pinto is an experienced Clinical Psychologist, registered in the UK, with over two decades of experience in the field. His expertise lies deeply in refining diagnostic clarity and tailoring interventions for individuals with autism. He has been recognised as a certified trainer in ADOS-2 and ADI-R since 2015, delivering specialised training to a wide range of professionals internationally. His academic work is widely published in both scientific and mainstream journals, aiming to enhance public understanding of the autism spectrum.
